The service call fee is waived when a customer goes ahead with the repair service.  The customer agrees to pay a service call fee if due for any reason customer decides not to proceed with the repair or cancel the appointment only by a phone call within 3 business hours before the appointment starting time. Estimates for the entire repair cost which includes parts and labor are provided by technicians after the diagnosis and are valid only for 3 business days.
