Booking appointments and then accommodating our technicians at the premises constitutes agreement with these Terms and Conditions and changes in the Terms and Conditions that can be made at any whenever it is needed.

Provisions related to appointments and repair service

Appointment slots are planned with the best intention and availability to serve our customers. All information in the appointment booking process, including conversations, is recorded by HandyDaddy for quality and training purposes and if needed as evidence to prove and confirm details related to the appointment and the repair service.

Depending on the complexity of work, weather conditions, and personal emergency issues appointments may be rescheduled or delayed and neither we nor our technicians can be liable for anything related to the appointments reschedule or delays. We will do our best to inform customers about appointment changes. At the same time, we have a right to refuse and cancel an appointment if we experience rude and disrespectful treatment by customers, out of parts required for the service, absence of appointment confirmation by the customer, or due to any other valid discretion.

We charge a service call fee for all appointments which covers our travel costs and time to make a diagnosis. The service call fee is waived when a customer goes ahead with the repair service.  The customer agrees to pay a service call fee if due for any reason customer decides not to proceed with the repair or cancel the appointment only by a phone call within 3 business hours before the appointment starting time. Estimates for the entire repair cost which includes parts and labor are provided by technicians after the diagnosis and are valid only for 3 business days.

Repair services provided by HandyDaddy have 90-day warranty coverage. The warranty coverage captures only the repair service performed by HandyDaddy and no way any repairs performed by other third parties or damages caused by the customer or any third party. The warranty is not transferrable and only exclusive to the customer and the repaired service. If we get a warranty call and then identified an issue that falls out of warranty coverage then a service call fee can be charged to the customer.
